Most of the time they look at me confused and say that’s it? Yes I say, it is as simple as that- but the reality of the situation is that dating is never simple.
The problem is that most women say they are dating, but when asked when was the last date they went on, most of them can’t even remember.
Dating can be very frustrating and also very emotional. The biggest challenge of dating is not giving up, especially for women over 40 as the older you get the harder it is to date. You cannot start dating saying that you will find love after a certain amount of dates it just doesn’t work like that. The best thing to do is focus on dating and going out on as many dates you can. The more dates you go on, the better your chances will be.
My number one dating advice for single women over 40 and for just about everyone else is, that dating is like looking for a job. You can send out 100 resumes and only get one or two responses. Dating is the same. You have to continue to go out on dates. The more dates you go on the better your chances of finding love are. But you might have to go out on more than 25 dates just to find the right person. You have to stick with it! Most people give up and get disappointed after 5 or 6 dates.
I say that if you are serious about finding love you should be out on several dates each week. The odds of you finding love will be that much greater. Your motto should be “I will go out with anyone once”, because you never know who you will meet. Some people fall in love on the first date, but that is very rare. You just have to keep on dating and remain focused on finding love. Stay positive and enjoy the process and even though you are serious about finding true love don’t take it so seriously, be opened and have fun!!!
